I share my personal journey—from traumatic events and hitting rock bottom, through struggles with alcohol abuse and despair, to discovering healthy coping mechanisms and rebuilding a fulfilling life. But my talks offer more than just storytelling. I focus on the power of mindset shifts, teaching audiences how to “stop sweating the small stuff,” set realistic goals, and make the most out of every moment.I believe it doesn’t matter who you are or where you are today. What truly matters is who you want to become and the steps you’re willing to take to get there. My message is one of hope, resilience, and practical inspiration—empowering people to overcome their own obstacles and create a life they love

Demonstrations cover how I train my horses from the ground up, focusing on building confidence, setting achievable goals, and thinking creatively to overcome obstacles. You’ll see firsthand how I adapt equipment, mount the carriage, and navigate both training and competition life.

Understanding the teenage brain is complicated—trying to navigate the world can feel overwhelming. Many teenagers are misunderstood, often caught up in keeping up appearances and the powerful need to be accepted by their peers.
I connect with young people on their level, using light-hearted humor to engage them while addressing serious topics. Through my story, I highlight the real dangers of choices that can seem small or easy in the moment but have life-changing consequences.
My goal is to open honest conversations, inspire better decision-making, and show that even in tough situations, change and growth are possible.
